I have played countless of hands of blackjack. I began sneaking into the casinos when I was still underage. I have played online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. With all that said I have still lost an abundance of cash at twenty-one. The casinos have made it very hard to beat the game.
I still enjoy the game and play on a regular basis. Over this time period I have played a variation of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get flush with this method or defeat the casino, still you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is centered on the fact that 21 seems to be a game of streaks. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I don’t win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the bet back down to the original value.
I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets very exciting at times. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your bets go up very fast. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic runs a few times now. I departed a $5 table at the Luxor a number of years ago with $750 after 30 minutes using this technique! And a couple of weeks ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You must understand that you can give away much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the streaks you witness betting this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.
Wager 5 dollar
Take $5 paid to you, leave the first 5 dollar bet
Bet 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total wager of 10 dollar
Wager $10
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the initial ten dollar bet
Wager $10
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of twenty dollar
Wager 20 dollar
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 20 dollar wager
Bet 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total bet of forty dollar
Wager $40
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the first $40 wager
Wager 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $80
Bet 80 dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the original $80 wager
Bet $80
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $160
Bet $160
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $160 bet
If you left at this instance you would be up $315 !!
It’s herculean to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and lower your bet or the final result will not be the same.
